Neetu Matharu

Provisional Psychologist (Bachelor of Psychological Sciences with Honours degree and Diploma of Professional Counselling)

Neetu is a provisional psychologist with more than 10 years of experience working with adults with varied presentations across different cultures and settings such as community health, private practice, and group facilitation.  

While Neetu has worked with various presenting issues, her interests lie in relationships, loss and grief, narcissistic abuse, depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, self-esteem, and adjustment issues. She applies a person-centred and strengths-based approach to therapy and draws upon a range of evidenced-based strategies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Art therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness.

Neetu believes that therapy should be a collaborative process, she ensures to create a warm, empathetic, and non-judgemental space for clients.  Neetu is passionate about facilitating personal growth.


Robert Trentin

Occupational Therapist

Experienced Occupational Therapist for over 20 years who is able to support NDIS clients with best practice approach in:- Reviewing care plans to suit the individual clients needs.- Connecting clients with necessary supports and solutions with all aspects of daily living.- Providing practical case management based supports and solutions.- Support coordination and planning.- Home modifications.- Adaptive equipment solutions.- Mobility aids and solutions (excluding wheelchairs)- Return to work/Vocational support.


Swati Kataria

Behaviour Support Specialist

Swati is Specialist Behaviour Support Practitioner committed to provide personal-centred support to participants of the NDIA, with the aim of reducing and eliminating the use of restrictive practice. Swati is responsible for providing training, assisting participants, family members and other decision makers to understand the role of the NDIS Commissions’ behaviour support function and work collaboratively with relevant stakeholders.


Jawad Niaz

Physiotherapy (Bachelors & Masters Degree of Physiotherapy)

Jawad has extensive experience working as a Physiotherapist both in Australia and overseas.He has worked across a continuum of care including Acute, Sub-acute, Rehab and Community health settings mostly in Victoria. Jawad enjoys a special interest in Pain management and Geriatrics.Jawad also holds a Graduate diploma in Migration Law from Victoria University Australia .


Pavan Shet

Physiotherapist (Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Physiotherapy Practice)

Pavan is an engaging and enthusiastic physiotherapist who always strives to be there for his patients. With keen interest and experience in musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions, he is very passionate about health and enjoys working in coordination with his patients to help them lead more active and healthy lives.
Outside of physiotherapy, Pavan enjoys going to the gym, playing sports, spending time with his family and friends and discovering new places to eat.


Radhika Arora

Provisional Psychologist

Radhika has completed her Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Amity University in 2018, and is currently pursuing her provisional psychologist program.

Radhika has extensive experience but not just limited to working with children, adults, and their families with the vast variety of presenting problems and disabilities including depression, anxiety, autism, post-traumatic stress disorders, substance use, and personality disorders etc.

Radhika has worked with various techniques in the past to support her clients, such as, cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance, and commitment therapy, exposure gradual therapy, mindfulness etc.

Radhika is passionate about creating a non-judgemental and safe space in which her clients will feel heard and supported.

Aman Bhatia

Occupational Therapist

Aman is new graduate Occupational Therapist. Aman has completed his Masters of Occupational Therapy from La Trobe University at the same time gained experience by assisting our Occupational Therapists in providing client-centred care. He is passionate about providing quality care and supporting clients and their families to achieve their individual goals and complete daily activities in all aspects of their lives.

Aisha Usman

Provisional Psychologist

Aisha has 12 years of experience in the mental health field. She is passionate about assessing and managing mental health disorders affecting children, adolescents, adults, and their families.

Aisha is interested in working with people from all walks of life, ranging from pre-school age children to older adults displaying a range of presentations such as anxiety and depression. She can develop strong therapeutic alliances with people of age, with a warm and genuine approach to guiding her clinical work.

Aisha has experience working with children of all ages with neurodevelopment disorders, such as intellectual disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). She also has a particular interest in working with children, migrants, refugees and people of all ages from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds who have experienced psychological trauma and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

Aisha has developed skills in culturally responsive psychological assessment, diagnosis, and formulation of treatment plans for a wide range of behavioural and emotional disorders.

She is skilled in assessing psychological functioning, including the use of standardised measures such as the Wechsler Intelligence Schedule for Children/Adults, Cognitive assessment, personality assessment, or Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS-2).

Aisha’s psychotherapy specialties include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and other therapeutic approaches.

Tina Arora

Occupational Therapist (Bachelor’s in occupational therapy)

Tina is a highly motivated and qualified professional with a passion for promoting health and wellbeing of the clients in their activities of daily living.

Tina is adept at using observations, answers and remedial history to assess the patient’s conditions & needs

Tina is also experienced in the development and management of care plans and the performance of ADL, workplace, ergonomic, risk and functional assessments
