Naeema Abdulaziz

Speech Pathologist (Masters of Speech and Language Therapy Practice, Bachelor of Health Science)

I am passionate about wanting to help, and support individuals achieve their goals in all areas of speech pathology work of practice by implementing evidence-based practice, cultural, safety, family-centred and client-centred care. 
As a speech pathologist, my aim is to assess, diagnose, treat and manage communication and swallowing difficulties and disorders across a lifespan. 
In my spear time, I like to explore and photograph nature. 

Jennifer McLaren

Dietician (Bachelor of Health Science and Master of Dietetic Practice.)

Jen is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and is currently working in private practice and corporate health. She provides Medical Nutrition Therapy to assist with disability, oncology, management of chronic conditions and intolerances and general health and wellbeing. Jen enjoys sharing tools with clients to help them make choices independently and fit food into their lives.

Neetu Matharu

Provisional Psychologist (Bachelor of Psychological Sciences with Honours degree and Diploma of Professional Counselling)

Neetu is a provisional psychologist with more than 10 years of experience working with adults with varied presentations across different cultures and settings such as community health, private practice, and group facilitation.  

While Neetu has worked with various presenting issues, her interests lie in relationships, loss and grief, narcissistic abuse, depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, self-esteem, and adjustment issues. She applies a person-centred and strengths-based approach to therapy and draws upon a range of evidenced-based strategies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Art therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness.

Neetu believes that therapy should be a collaborative process, she ensures to create a warm, empathetic, and non-judgemental space for clients.  Neetu is passionate about facilitating personal growth.

Swati Kataria

Behaviour Support Specialist

Swati is Specialist Behaviour Support Practitioner committed to provide personal-centred support to participants of the NDIA, with the aim of reducing and eliminating the use of restrictive practice. Swati is responsible for providing training, assisting participants, family members and other decision makers to understand the role of the NDIS Commissions’ behaviour support function and work collaboratively with relevant stakeholders.

Jawad Niaz

Physiotherapy (Bachelors & Masters Degree of Physiotherapy)

Jawad has extensive experience working as a Physiotherapist both in Australia and overseas.He has worked across a continuum of care including Acute, Sub-acute, Rehab and Community health settings mostly in Victoria. Jawad enjoys a special interest in Pain management and Geriatrics.Jawad also holds a Graduate diploma in Migration Law from Victoria University Australia .

Pavan Shet

Physiotherapist (Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Physiotherapy Practice)

Pavan is an engaging and enthusiastic physiotherapist who always strives to be there for his patients. With keen interest and experience in musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions, he is very passionate about health and enjoys working in coordination with his patients to help them lead more active and healthy lives.
Outside of physiotherapy, Pavan enjoys going to the gym, playing sports, spending time with his family and friends and discovering new places to eat.

Emily Stirling

Provisional Psychologist (Graduate Diploma in Psychology & a Bachelor of Arts)

Emily is a provisional psychologist who is currently completing a Master of Psychology (Clinical Psychology). Emily is passionate about providing client-centred treatment and uses a range of evidence-based approaches that include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness and solution-focused therapy. Emily also enjoys spending time in nature and travelling.

Aman Bhatia

Occupational Therapy Assistant (Final year Occupational Therapy Student)

Aman is a final year Master of Occupational Therapy Practice student at La Trobe University and assists our Occupational Therapist in providing client-centred care. He is passionate about providing quality care and supporting clients and their families to achieve their individual goals and complete daily activities in all aspects of their lives.

James Ponsford

James is a provisional psychologist with experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. He has worked with a number of mental health problems, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Intellectual Disability, grief and loss, trauma, and stress. James uses a broad range of client-centred evidence-based treatment approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). He is passionate about providing support for clients and their families, striving to help them improve their lives and daily functioning.

Elena Bedrega

Occupational Therapist, Driving assessor (Bachelor of Occupational Therapy with honours, La Trobe University)

I am an accredited occupational therapist passionate about providing client-centred occupational therapy services to children and adults across their lifespan.

I have over 20 years of experience providing occupational therapy support to the clients in a range of clinical settings (acute, subacute, rehabilitation hospitals, community settings, residential aged care, and private practice).

My special interest is in pain management.

I also hold a bachelor degree in Electronic engineering, and diploma in technology and design. In my spare time,

I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, and travel.
