Kibby Fung

Speech Pathologist

As a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist, Kibby is passionate in providing family-centred and evidence-based care for her clients.Kibby has a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech and Hearing Science and a Masters in Speech Pathology. 

Kibby has worked in educational and private-practice settings in the USA, Hong Kong and Australia, supporting children to achieve their speech, language, literacy, and social communication goals. She has a keen interest in early intervention and parent coaching. She has completed training in DIR Floortime, Cued Articulation, Sounds Write phonics program, SocialThinking and paediatric feeding. In her spare time, Kibby enjoys baking and spending time with her family, friends and two dogs.

Swati Kataria

Behaviour Support Specialist

Swati is Specialist Behaviour Support Practitioner committed to provide personal-centred support to participants of the NDIA, with the aim of reducing and eliminating the use of restrictive practice. Swati is responsible for providing training, assisting participants, family members and other decision makers to understand the role of the NDIS Commissions’ behaviour support function and work collaboratively with relevant stakeholders.

Jennifer McLaren

Dietician (Bachelor of Health Science and Master of Dietetic Practice.)

I like to spend time on the first meeting to build rapport with the client and to get an understanding of the big picture and their motivations for change. I conducts a full dietary assessment and breaks down the goals into manageable aspects for them.

Molly Ferguson

Psychologist (Masters of Clinical Psychology and Bachelor of Psychology with First Class Honours)

Molly enjoys working with diverse population groups to best assist people to achieve psychological well being. Her treatment approach is grounded in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy. She enjoys connecting with people to understand their therapeutic goals. and working collaboratively with participants to enable coping, enhance wellbeing and improve distress tolerance. Molly also has experience conducting assessment and making appropriate treatment recommendations for those who may require psychological support. She has conducted research in behavioural neurology and forensic psychology.

Benjamin David – Dietitian

Dietician ( Master of Dietetics (MDiet) Bachelor of Nutrition Science )

Benjamin is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian who is passionate about assisting others in achieving their health and nutrition goals. He takes interest in incorporating practical and sustainable dietary advice into their everyday lives.
He believes nutrition has a profound impact on lifelong outcomes as it plays a vital role in everyday performance, supports growth and reduces the risk of chronic disease. 
Benjamin aims to improve the physical, mental and emotional well-being of people through food and nutrition.
In his down time, Benjamin enjoys playing basketball, camping and hiking.
